Double Chocolate Chocolate mousse

Can one ever really eat too much chocolate? This wonderful creation is laced with shavings of the finest Belgium chocolate so you get a creamy texture studded with chocolate bits and what could be better?  Stable enough to use in cakes and other sweet treats yet can be easily converted into a lighter than air dessert. Each tub holds 250 grams of product.
